All this partly happens just because you usually require transportation to take you through to both ends. This is why it makes most sense that traveler walk right up to Milford with the ultimate hikes.  This touring agency sends many groups of hikers almost every day for six months. You get hair dryers and rooms where you could clean up and dry yourself up quite quickly flush toilets, good modern overnight accommodation and all meals are all included in the fee. Better yet, they even provide you with about four tour guides. If you go during December you will find that the prices are quite high. It is best to go in November and April.

People who carry their own food and bedding as well as their clothing come during the peak season which is from the latter part of October till the latter part o April.  You don’t really need to book in advance, although if you do, it just urns out easier and more convenient for everybody. The winter months are quite hazardous so it would be best avoided hiking during that season.

You may think that you are a part of a big huge group that gets overseen by a big company. This is the company that does no really confine you to much, although it works at regimented efficiency and they adjust to whatever your pace is. You could also stop whenever you want. Look at the beautiful sunset or the many breath taking landscapes. Or you could just start taking pictures or even a nap.  If you want to take a rest, maybe have a snack or a chat with your buddy, then you should just feel free stop at there you are and go for it!

You should be aware that this is not a race of any kind. It is more about the experience. There is no real prize for getting there first.  There could be a gap of three to four hours between the one who reaches first and the one who reaches last.  Hikers have all the freedom to travel at their own pace and do this with company or without any.

There will always be a guide who remains right behind at the en so that no1 gets left back. This guide will go slower than the slowest walker. So if you need help, it will eventually rive as long as you keep to the main trail.  The guide follows a sweeping tactic. And if by chance you just have to go off trail and you guess that you may need assistance or something of the sort then, just leave you back pack on the trail, so the guide would spot it and stop until you return back from where ever it is that you are gone. Make sure that you don’t wander off too much or there is a sure chance that you could get lost.
